ThaidateVIP aims to help you meet people whether for friendship or love, whether in France or abroad.
We suggest you write your message in English because it is the language most used for international chat.
We try to provide the best service for you to communicate comfortably and easily through our website.

Ethics Service

ThaidateVIP reserves the right to remove messages that are who would not respect the rules of the community. ThaidateVIP reserves the right to remove any account from a person who behaves this way.
Pictures and ads have to be decent and personal.
Personal information, email or mobile phone number will not be shown on the public side of the website.
ThaidateVIP reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse any content or member who does not correspond to the values of the service.

Engaging users

The information provided by the member at registration must be truthful. They bind him to the consequences they might have on his life or on other members.

Correspondence between members and inclusion

To correspond with ThaidateVIP members, the subscriber must first have completed a description in his personal profile. This description will be accessible to all the other members, including the non-memberships.

Objectionable content and behaviors

You won't post, transmit or deliver to any other user, either directly or laterally, any User Content that violates any third- party rights or any applicable law, rule or regulation or is banned under this Agreement or any other Company policy governing your use of the Services (“ Banned Content”). Banned Content includes without limitation Stoner Content that:

-is obscene, pornographic, profane, scandalous, vituperative, obnoxious, nasty, sexually acquainted, hanging, draining, seditious, inaccurate, misrepresentative, fraudulent or illegal;
-promotes racism, partisanship, abomination or physical detriment of any kind against any group or existent;
-is intended to, or does, kill, or blackjack any other stoner or third party;
-may infringe or violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, brand or other intellectual or personal right of any party, including Stoner Content that contains others’copyrighted content (e.g., prints, images, music, pictures, vids,etc.) without carrying proper authorization first;
-contains videotape, audio, photos, or images of another person without his or her express spoken concurrence (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s legal guardian) or else violates anyone’s right of sequestration or hype;
-promotes or enables illegal or unlawful conditioning, similar as instructions on how to make or buy illegal munitions or medicines;
-violates someone’s data sequestration or data protection rights;
-contains contagions, time losers, trojan nags, cancelbots, worms or other dangerous, or disruptive canons, factors or bias;
-contains any advertising, fundraising or promotional content;
-is, in the sole judgment of Company, reprehensible or restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Services or exposes Company or its druggies to harm or liability of any type.

Certification

A certified profile is a profile for which we have received from the announcer, an identity card or a photo of its owner mentioning his first name and ThaidateVIP

The certification of ThaidateVIP limits itself in checking the truthfulness between the online profile and the information appearing on the official documents sent by the announcer, highlighting the fact that he is a real person. The distinction between profiles and certified profiles carefully checked appears on our website.

The members are aware that certified profiles are not a complete guarantee of truthfulness and sincerity of the information given by the profile’s owner. ThaidateVIP cannot check the truthfulness and the sincerity of the owner beyond the official documents received. In case these ones were false or fakes, ThaidateVIP’s responsibility could not be committed at all.

Law Changes Data

You can change at any time all information in the menu 'members', to correct, complete, clarify, update or delete information about yourself which is inaccurate and incomplete, misleading, outdated or whose collection, use, disclosure or storage is prohibited.

Termination

Each Member may terminate its registration to ThaidateVIP at any time without cause under the section dedicated to that purpose.
ThaidateVIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account without notice in case of non compliance with the values of the service.
The Member will be informed by mail of the cancellation or confirmation of the termination of the account.

Verification of information

Despite all our efforts we can not verify the authenticity of information supplied by members. It is therefore important to take certain precautions when meeting with another member. Privetvip disclaims any responsibility for meetings outside the site.

Site Availability

ThaidateVIP make up so that the service is available at any time without any malfunction. However, the service can be interrupted temporarily for operations updates, programming errors, unavailability of the host...

Contract

This agreement constitutes a legal agreement between the member (you) and ThaidateVIP. If you do not accept these rules please do not register. Changes may be made at any moment in this contract and enter in effect immediately.

Subscription

ThaidateVIP uses PayBox, a secure payment solution, for the subscription of their members.
Our members may at any time cancel their subscription with ThaidateVIP. The ending of the subscription will take effect at the term of the current subscription, provided that the notification be made at least 48 hours before the term. If the cancellation does not fulfill the conditions indicated above, the current subscription will automatically be renewed under the original purchase conditions, at the same rates.

Protection of Minors

We are firmly committed to protecting children from any form of exploitation and sexual abuse. To this end:

• Restricted to adults: Our service is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. Any attempt by a minor to register is prohibited.
• Proactive monitoring: We actively monitor activity on our platform to detect and prevent any inappropriate or suspicious behavior.
• Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious content or behavior. We provide easily accessible reporting tools.
• Cooperation with authorities: In the event of a report or detection of illegal activities, we fully cooperate with the competent authorities to investigate and take appropriate action.
• Awareness: We provide resources and information to help users recognize and report inappropriate behavior.
